So... I always pay a lot of attention to dental care.
I am sharing my daily tips for maintaining my dental health at home.
Brushing within three minutes after a meal is basic.
Brush thoroughly with an electric toothbrush for 2 minutes.
Gargle at least five times.
Dinner is the most important.
For dinner, flossing is essential after brushing your teeth. Carefully floss the entire mouth and then rinse with Listerine.
Once a month, we also perform tartar management using a tartar removal agent.
Actually, just using dental floss properly is enough... You don't need to use a tartar remover.
