My gums are gradually receding.

I realized that my gums have been gradually receding for some time now.

Not really, I don't experience bleeding gums when brushing.

I'm worried because my gums are gradually receding towards the roots.

I haven't gone to the dentist because I don't feel any discomfort or pain right now.

So, my growing concern is whether the collapsing gums can recover again.

I'm not sure if treatment is possible in this case when I go to the dentist.

It seems there might not be a sharp or straightforward way.

There are various causes for gum recession, according to my research.

I think it would be better to get dental treatment before it gets worse.

Has anyone received treatment for the same symptoms?

How effective is it?

********************************************

Below is the material I found through a search, so I have attached it.

Because the gums seal the neck area of the teeth

Plaque and food debris entering the root and underlying tissues

It plays a protective role.

Generally, when the gums recede, it is called gum recession.

Due to this phenomenon, when the gums recede, the roots of the teeth

It becomes visible.

Gum recession: Improper brushing technique

If you brush too hard or repeatedly brush a specific area,

Sometimes I brush my teeth vigorously horizontally.

Brushing like this, the root part of the tooth located between the gums and teeth

Severe pain causes wounds to form.

If you repeatedly brush your teeth incorrectly, the symptoms will eventually worsen progressively.

Gum recession occurs.

For your reference, brushing with the same toothbrush for a long time is also not good.

Gum recession: tartar buildup

If plaque and tartar are not completely removed, they will continue to accumulate on the gums.

At this point, bacteria can enter, and gum health is bound to deteriorate.

Furthermore, food debris and bacteria remaining between the teeth come into contact to form plaque.

As it accumulates, this plaque turns into tartar, leading to gum recession.

It will continue.

Gum recession: Lifestyle habits

In addition to the four main causes, lifestyle habits can also contribute when the gums recede.

There are also causes.

In cases of severe teeth grinding during sleep or when chewing tobacco is used,

An example of excessive use of this toothpick can be the back.

Since all these habits can cause gum recession, please try to avoid them as much as possible.

It is good to try to improve.

잇몸이 파이니 자꾸 시리고 그 속으로 이물질도 끼는거 같아 엄청 신경쓰이네요~~
