좋은걸 먹어야 하는데 매번 나쁜것만 먹게 되는거 같아요 ㅎㅎ 치아 건강을 위해 앞으론 좋은 음식 많이 챙겨 먹어야 겠어요

5. Avoid excessive drinking and quit smoking.
Consume an appropriate amount of fluoride.
Consume fluoride through fluoridated beverages, mackerel, green tea, sardines, and sea salt, and use fluoride-containing toothpaste.
