치아미백은 이에 안좋다고 해서 저는 그냥 포기요 ㅠ
I thought I definitely needed to get teeth whitening after orthodontic treatment! I took photos during each monthly treatment, and the raw state of my teeth and the yellowing really bothered me. Now that my orthodontic treatment is finished, I'm 고민ing about teeth whitening. Since my teeth and gums must have become quite weakened due to orthodontics, is it okay to proceed with whitening? I’ve heard that whitening can be painful and cause sensitivity, so I’m worried about that, and the cost is also a concern. Has anyone tried whitening? I’m curious about the results and reviews.

블루버드치아교정으로 치아와 잇몸이 오히려 좋아지더라구요..저는..치아미백은 많은 분들이 관심이 있지만 치아교정같이 좋은 방법은 안 나오고 있나봐요..
구름방울요즘 미백은 약바르고 빛 쬐고 그러는거라 이 상하지 않는다고 누가 그러시던데 또 어떤분이 하고나니 이가 시리다고 하시구요 교정하신 병원에서 상담을 받아보시는게 가장 좋지 않을까요 현재 님의 치아 상태를 가장 잘 하는게 그 치과일 것 같아오ㅛ
꼬냥아치아미백이 치아를 깍아내는거라고 하시더라구요 ㅠㅠ

치아에 약을발라서 하는거라고 하시던데요 그런데 딱히 추천을 안해주셔요 먹지말아야 하는음식도 많고... 그리 밝게 되지도 않는다고 더 많이 하얗게는 ,,,, 손상이 많이 간다 했어요
