I'm considering whether I should get an implant.
Both molars were crowned with gold crowns 20 years ago.
The left molar that experiences a lot of wear and tear and is frequently chewed occasionally hurts.
Should I now replace it with an implant? I don't feel much discomfort, but foreign substances often get stuck in the worn area.
