Hello? Whenever I brush my teeth, my gums bleed and feel cold, so I have been diligently using dental floss recently.
At first, I actually bled more and it was a bit painful, but as time went on, I definitely felt my gums becoming healthier, so I am still satisfied for now.
But as I keep using dental floss, I feel like the gaps between my teeth, which should normally be filled with gums, are slightly opening up (?)
It feels like my gums are slightly wearing away because I push the floss into a narrow space, but I'm not sure if there's an appropriate frequency or correct way to use dental floss.
I'm worried about whether it's okay to continue using dental floss like this.
