Even with diligent care, cavities keep forming consistentlyใ ใ
Since I was young, I have been to the dentist more often than anyone else in my family.
I already had implants when I was in high school... (my molars were all broken)
I was the most diligent about brushing among my family, but I didn't use dental floss. However, after spending 150 dollars on cavity treatment with my own money in my twenties, I started using dental floss regularly.
But still, treatment after a few more years...
And this year as well, treatment...ใ ใ (The inside area I had done before decayed and was removed, then a crown was placed)
I now almost always use dental floss regularly, even though I used to do it sporadically because it was bothersome.
But after a few more years, will I need treatment again? It's no longer worry, but rather a bit of frustration now ๐ฅฒ
I asked why they say they are diligently taking care of their teeth at the dental clinic, and they recommended an AquaPick.
(Dentists say they all use toothbrushes, water picks, and dental floss...)
I haven't made a purchase yet because of the price range, and I'm unsure of where to buy, so I'm on hold.
Actually, I have doubts whether spraying water would help me, since my dental gap is narrow and debris doesn't come out easily.
Oh, and I also bought mouth-opening prevention tape because I heard that sleeping with my mouth open can cause more cavities. Since I have protruding front teeth, my mouth naturally opens when I sleep.
Anyway, I'm managing it like this, but I haven't tried AquaPick yet. For those who use AquaPick, please share your recommendations or thoughts.
