[Concern] I'm worried about yellow teeth and gaps in my front teeth.

Lately, when I see people on TV with neat white teeth, I find myself looking at my own teeth.

My front teeth are slightly spaced apart, and about 20 years ago I filled the gap with resin. When I did the filling, I ground down the teeth to make the gap larger and then filled it with resin. Not long after, one side fell off, and I have been living with it as is ever since. The only noticeable issue is a slight gap, and it doesn't significantly affect the appearance. Additionally, my teeth have become stained and appear slightly yellow, which makes me feel a bit depressed when I look in the mirror due to the gap in my front teeth and the yellowish color.

Recently, I've been searching a lot about laminates, hoping it goes well, but I read that if it doesn't go well, it can also cause nerve damage.

I also briefly think about just living like this.
