It's hard to get a scaling.

Just thinking about the sounds and smells of the dentist makes it a difficult and stressful place.

So, I try to pay attention to brushing my teeth carefully.

That way, you'll have fewer dental appointments and fewer scaling sessions.

It's less tiring.

So, in addition to a toothbrush, I also make sure to use a tongue cleaner or dental floss.

Using dental floss makes a noticeable difference, so once you start using it, you'll keep using it.

It seems to work.

However, there were parts that still remained unresolved.

I was wondering if there is a problem with my brushing technique.

Would using an electric toothbrush instead of a regular toothbrush help prevent tartar buildup?

I'm curious about how helpful water picks or electric toothbrushes are.

    저도 나름 칫솔질 열심히 하고 있다고 생각하는데 항상 치아에 뭐가 끼어있어요. 치간칫솔을 쓰면 그나마 사이에 낀건 해결이 되는데 치아 뿌리쪽으로 생기는 치석이나 이물질은 깨끗하게 안닦이네요;;

    저도 열심히 한다고 하는데 갈때마다 상태가 좋진 않네요 ㅠ 워터픽 쓰는 분들은 만족한다구 하는데 아직 안 써봤어요

    저도 치과만 가면...엄청 긴장해요... 그래도... 정기적으로 잘 관리 해줘야 한다고 생각해서...
