My child's tooth is coming in crooked. ㅠ

He is a 7-year-old boy now~ His front teeth were originally two that grew together, so one was missing~ㅠ

I was relieved because the dentist said that the permanent teeth would come out properly after taking the X-ray.

The tooth below has fallen out and the permanent tooth has come in, but since one tooth is missing, there is one tooth missing.

They're spreading apart too much and coming up, ㅠ one doesn't have that gap, so it seems like it might come out between them ㅠㅠ

Is there nothing I can do to help? Maybe the only option is orthodontics once I grow up, right? ㅠ
