치실 사용하면 편하긴 한데 좋은지는 저도 잘 모르겟더라구요
Hello? I am in my 40s and just recently learned how to use dental floss.
Fortunately, I inherited good teeth from my parents, so I haven't had major problems with my teeth yet. However, recently, I feel that brushing alone doesn't completely remove tartar, so I have also been using dental floss.
When I first started using the toothbrush, my gums bled a lot, but now those issues have decreased significantly, and it's much easier to clean food particles that are hard to remove with just a toothbrush.
However, as I keep using dental floss, a gap between my gums that didn't exist before keeps forming. It's not yet a cosmetic issue, but I feel like the gap is gradually getting bigger, so I'm a bit worried.
Lately, I’ve been hesitant to use dental floss. Still, I wonder if it’s really necessary to use floss, and if so, how often I should use it. I’ve written down a few thoughts. Thank you.
