치아교정중에도 미백해도 되나요? 교정중일땐 잇몸도 이빨도 약할때라 생각해서 미백까지 생각못해봤거든요 저도궁금하네요

I'm currently undergoing orthodontic correction and maintenance, and I'm curious if anyone has tried whitening treatments and how they felt about it!!
I'm wondering if it's okay to do during orthodontic treatment and what the effects are. Does it need to be done periodically? Are there any side effects? I have been smoking for a long time, quit recently, and now I want to live a cleaner life from now on.

포도팡저도 교정 후 치아가 약해서.. 누렇더라도 미백은 피하려구요.. 치아와 잇몸이 상당히 약해집니다 ㅜㅠ
립살리스치아미백 해본적이 없네요 그런데 저도 하고 싶어요~ 커피를 많이 마시다보니 확실히 치아가 누렇게 변했네요
