This time, my upper left molar split in half, so I went to the dentist, and they told me to extract it and get an implant.
Since I had some expectations about that, I plan to proceed with the implant regardless.
However.. they are suggesting extracting the lower wisdom tooth that meets the broken molar before this implant procedure.
I have some cavities in my teeth, but they are not progressing, so I am not receiving treatment for the other teeth's cavities.
This time, they say my wisdom tooth is slightly decayed and unnecessary, so they recommend extracting it...
Is pulling it out the correct answer?
I wonder if it's better to have even one more tooth, even if I get dentures later.
What do you think is the best way to do it??

사랑니가 제일 안쪽에있어서 조금이라 자리를 잘못잡으면 관리도 힘들고 어금니에 영향도 많이는거같아요 치과에서 권하면 발치하는쪽이 좋을거같아요. 혹시라도 걱정이 되시면 다른 치과내원하셔서 상담받아보시고 결정하세요

위에 맞물리는 사랑니가 없다면 씹는기능도 못하고 양치 잘 안되서 냄새만 나고 도움이 안될것 같은대요

사랑니는 아무 쓸모없는 거라고 하더라구요 안 나면 다행이지만 나오면 이 사랑니때문에 다른 치아가 썪거나 틀어지거나 할 수도 있어서요 저도 20년전에 뽑고 엄청 아파했던 기억이 있네요ㅠ

사랑니는 대부분 발치하는 경우가 많아요 크게 사용안하는 이빨이기도 하고 양치질도 힘들어 충치가 생기기도 쉬워요
