(Concern) How many times a year do you get scaling done? 📝😊

I'm currently undergoing cavity treatment, and it hurts ㅜ

Why are dentists so scary? ㅠㅠ I also dislike the sounds during treatment ㅠㅠ I get scaling once a year.

How many times a year do you do it? A friend I know said they get scaling about twice a year.

I'm 고민되네요 whether I should do it twice....😊
