[Concern] I'm 고민 about the treatment method for implants.

I used to have a molar with very severe cavities.
The molar tooth has been extracted.

I'm currently 고민ing whether to get an implant now.
It's been a long time since I lived with almost no teeth.
The wisdom tooth is pushing against the seventh molar.
Currently, after removing the 7th molar and wisdom tooth.
After performing bone grafting on the upper molars, numbers 6 and 7.
They said I should proceed with the side where the implant will be placed.

I didn't know which one was correct, so I said I would think about it for now.
I don't think it's right to just pull out the seventh molar without any reason.
