If you manage your teeth like this, you'll suffer for a lifetime like me...
Actually, since I was young, I hardly ever took care of my teeth or did any dental maintenance.
When I was young, I had a cavity in my molar, and I got it treated and filled at that time, then moved on. Since then, it has broken again, been filled again, and crowned... It seems I visit the hospital once every ten years... with the same tooth.
I wish I had managed everything well and taken care of it from the beginning, but at the time, I kept thinking, do I really have to spend that much money, so I just endured with resin and kept going.
In the case of my front teeth, about 8 years ago, I broke one while eating something hard. At that time, I was surprised because my front teeth weren't decayed, and I thought I just ate something too hard. The hospital at that time told me to get a crown, but I removed it because I thought it was a waste of money. Recently, after 8 years, I was eating soy sauce marinated crab and experienced the part where the crown was placed falling out.
When I went to the hospital, I was told that it wasn't that I ate the wrong food, but rather that I have a slight malocclusion, and my front teeth have been constantly hitting each other, which over time has weakened them significantly.
I had crowns placed on my molars and front teeth this time, and only now do I realize what the problem was. It truly makes me realize how important it is to diagnose and treat properly from the very beginning.
Today, I finished my treatment for the past month and a half, so I just wanted to jot down a quick note ^^
Still, I feel refreshed.
Have a great weekend~
