(Concern) My wisdom tooth keeps swelling and hurting. Should I have it removed?

Lately, my wisdom tooth has been swelling and hurting constantly, and it's very difficult.

Actually, my wisdom tooth has been there for so long that I was told to take care of it.

Lately, an unbearable pain has been overwhelming me.

It seems like my wisdom tooth is only halfway out and has only broken through the gum on one side, so I think it only hurts when it's growing.

The orthodontist removed my wisdom tooth on the upper jaw, but for the lower jaw, they took an X-ray and said the nerve is affected, so they told me to have it removed at a large hospital.

I think I kept postponing removing it after that.

I'm really struggling with whether I should remove it at the large hospital or wait until it gets better to manage it.
