Scaling price

I understand that it is usually done once a year, but since tartar tends to form easily, I think I should do it one more time this year. The one session I had in January was covered by insurance, but since two sessions probably won't be covered, what would the approximate cost be if insurance doesn't apply? Is there any way to get insurance coverage for two sessions?
