I am going to introduce my own oral care method :)
I am a person who is truly dedicated to oral care.
I used to think I was very good at oral care because I had no cavities at all.
One day, I had a severe toothache and visited the dentist, who told me I needed an implant. I thought it was just a simple cavity, but I was very shocked. Currently, I am only undergoing root canal treatment, and if it worsens, I will have to get an implant. Since then, I started to take oral care seriously. They may not be entirely my own ideas, but these are things that are not easy to keep diligently in daily life. I believe you might already be familiar with these, but I will briefly introduce them~
First, I use a small toothbrush with a brush head that can reach all the way into my mouth, rather than a large one. This is because a large brush head doesn't clean the deep inside areas well. Also, I always use dental floss after meals.
Use dental floss for areas like molars, and interdental brushes for front or side teeth~
Since the space between my teeth is narrow, I use the thinnest dental floss.
For those who are not accustomed to using dental floss, I recommend using the thinnest dental floss available.
Also, I am consistently taking oral nutritional supplements. I thought it would be good to regularly take oral nutritional supplements to keep my mouth healthy. After taking them, my mouth feels refreshed and cool.
As many people already know, we maintain oral hygiene with Gurgle. When you go out and go about your daily life, there are times when you can't brush your teeth immediately. In such cases, carrying a small bottle of Gurgle in your bag and rinsing your mouth can help keep your oral cavity clean.
Also, I drink tea that is good for the mouth. I enjoy drinking mint teas such as spearmint or peppermint because they help reduce bad breath and are good for health.
To reduce bad breath, I often spray propolis spray. Implant costs are not a small amount, after all. I believe that oral health is something that can be sufficiently maintained with a little diligence in daily life. By practicing various aspects of oral health every day, even those who had been diagnosed with implant procedures have seen improvements in their condition and are now able to use them a bit longer. I regret not being more diligent with oral care earlier. Since it's a routine that isn't difficult or burdensome, I hope those who haven't started yet will begin slowly from today~^^
