You lost your front tooth; will it cause problems later if you don't get an implant?

I'm curious, just as the title suggests.

My father lost his front tooth.

He is in his 70s, and he's like the father of the previous generation, the generation before my father (frustrating... very traditional style).

You are trying not to see the dentist.

You keep insisting that you will continue to live like this.

It's been a few months now, and I feel like the tooth is moving, causing this gap to open.

Sigh, I'm worried that if I leave things as they are, as my father suggested, it might cause problems later on.

You have never been to a hospital in your entire life.

Oh! You are the only one who received the COVID-19 vaccine ㅡ..ㅡ

I'm worried that there might be no other issues besides aesthetic concerns.

I'm worried that future implants might be more difficult or that there could be problems down the line.
