I have a somewhat sensitive personality. I didn't used to be like this, but in recent months I have been noticing bad breath in my mouth. I'm not sure if it affects others when I speak, but I can definitely sense it myself. So I brush my teeth more diligently three times a day and sometimes use mouthwash. However, it seems like the bad breath doesn't go away. Does anyone know the cause of bad breath or how to solve it? Lately, it's been bothering me a lot.
