My dental care item is Listerine mouthwash.
I know that gargling is good, but I can't decide which one to use.
However, since I started going to the dentist, I have been using the product recommended by the doctor.
I thought there was a good reason why doctors recommend it.
However, after trying it, I found the feel of use to be refreshing and good.
It's recommended to wait for a while after brushing before rinsing, so I rinse my mouth about 30 minutes later, and it definitely feels cleaner and better.

저도 얼마전에 알았어요 양치 후 30분 뒤에 하라는걸 ㅎ 하고나면 확실히 그냥 양치만 한것보다 개운해요
