Child orthodontic concerns

My child is asking for orthodontic treatment. I’ve visited various specialized orthodontic clinics, and some say to do it as soon as possible, while others say it’s not necessary unless for cosmetic reasons. Since my child wants it, I want to proceed, but I’m worried about potential side effects after orthodontics~~?? My husband says she’s pretty even now, so why do it ㅠㅠ My child wants it, but my husband says they will extract healthy molars to do it, so why bother? We even argued over this issue. I’m stuck in a situation where I don’t know what to do, and I’m really 고민 (worried/conflicted).
