(Concern) Issues after dental treatment

I received root canal treatment at a low cost thanks to a friend's connection. It's a newly opened local hospital, and the treatment is all finished 😶‍🌫️

However, I was told that there might be a sensitivity for about a month after treatment, so I waited, but even after three months, the sensitivity has not improved. ㅠㅜ
