My gums regularly feel sensitive, but I don't know the cause.

Hello? I am an individual who has been living without any specific conditions like cavities or implants.

I think I am relatively healthy and have good teeth myself.

Nevertheless, my concern is that my gums regularly feel sore.

However, it's not always like that; sometimes it lasts for 3 to 4 days, then it's okay for a month or two, and then it repeats.

I enjoy exercising, but during periods when my gums are sensitive, vigorous movement worsens the pain, which is quite uncomfortable.

I usually brush my teeth 2 to 3 times a day, use dental floss regularly, and have no cavities, so I don't understand why this problem is occurring.

I wonder if there are others who have the same concerns as I do.
