면역력이 약할 때 구내염이 잘 걸리더라구요. 저도 그럴 때마다 아프타치 붙이는데요. 다음날 괜찮아지긴 하더라구요.
I was tired because there was a lot to do before Chuseok and I couldn't sleep well. Usually, the inside of my cheeks gets sore when I'm tired, but this time, the inside of my gums was soreㅜㅜ
The inside of the cheek is okay as long as I eat carefully or slowly, but the upper gum area is covered by the lips and the skin between the lips and nose, so it feels very irritating and stings when I speak, eat, have a dry mouth, or brush my teeth. It hurts and is uncomfortableㅜㅜ
Because of the inflammation, I was careful when brushing my teeth, but I accidentally bumped my upper body slightly while brushing, which may have caused more white spots to appear as stomatitis. I usually don't go to the hospital for oral stomatitis, but this time it was on my gums, making it very uncomfortable to live. The inflammation grew larger after a day or two, causing pain when I spoke as it overlapped with the lip area. I bought medication from the pharmacy and applied it, but since my gum inflammation was inside my mouth, it was difficult to apply ointment, and saliva prevented the ointment from sticking well to the inflammation.
So, I had to go to the dentist, and I got a prescription. After taking the medication, the pain definitely decreased.
The white part is canker sore (it can appear when you're tired or if you accidentally poke it while brushing).
This is a pharmacy medication for stomatitis and gum inflammation. If the affected area inside the mouth is okay, applying it can help heal much faster than not applying it at all. (It's easier to use a cotton swab when applying the medication.)
When I developed stomatitis, I heard that vitamins are good, so I took vitamins and ate a lot of fruit. Eating caused some pain as my gums moved, but I knew that eating well and resting properly would help me recover quickly, so I enjoyed delicious foods during Chuseok, rested well, and took my medication diligently, which helped me recover quickly.
