저도 치실 꾸준히 써요 의사쌤이 무조건 쓰라네요
(Helpful tip) Floss definitely has a positive effect on dental health.
Hello? I am maintaining my dental health in my 40s.
I haven't always had particularly good teeth. I tend to accumulate tartar easily and have had periodic toothaches.
Even when I brushed my teeth diligently in the morning, noon, and evening, I still experienced slight bleeding from my gums.
I think I need to improve my dental health, so I started using dental floss six months ago.
Actually, I hesitated for a while because I thought floss might somehow damage my gums, but I decided to try it once based on my doctor's recommendation.
During the first few days, I bled a lot. But after just a week of trying with my eyes closed, a whole new world opened up.
The bleeding that occurred while brushing stops completely, and even after brushing, using dental floss removes tiny bits of debris that were stuck. These are small particles that are difficult to remove with regular brushing.
Thanks to that, I hardly have any toothaches these days and am maintaining very healthy teeth.
Floss may not be a cure-all, but if you have gum or tooth pain, I highly recommend using floss. Thank you.
