Review of preventing stomatitis by taking nutritional supplements to boost immunity

A few years ago, I developed symptoms of white mucous membranes forming in my mouth. Thinking that bacteria had proliferated, I focused solely on oral hygiene, but I was told that such symptoms can also occur due to nutritional deficiencies or a weakened immune system. Therefore, I am preventing stomatitis by strengthening my immunity through various nutritional supplements and paying attention to my lifestyle habits.

 

First, to prevent stomatitis, I took a nutritional supplement that helps suppress harmful bacteria in the mouth. After doing some research, I found that a supplement called Bantis, made in Japan, was highly effective for stomatitis, so I obtained and started taking it. Bantis contained key ingredients such as Lactobacillus reuteri, which reduces cavity-causing bacteria, and mastic powder, which has anti-plaque effects and boosts immunity, making it exactly the supplement I was looking for. It also contains xylitol, which helps prevent cavities, and taking it consistently was a great help in preventing stomatitis.

 

I also took Omega-3 fatty acids to prevent stomatitis. I was told that Omega-3 fatty acids have strong anti-inflammatory effects and are very helpful in reducing inflammatory symptoms associated with stomatitis. I chose Intero Plant-Based Flaxseed Oil Linolenic Acid Balance because it is a plant-based Omega-3 supplement made from 100% Canadian flaxseed oil, and I liked the ingredients; it was definitely effective in preventing stomatitis.

 

In addition, since I heard that a balanced diet and nutrition are important for preventing stomatitis, I took Vitamin B12, iron, and folic acid separately—supplements that are difficult to obtain sufficiently through diet alone. Among the supplements, there was a GNC Vitamin B Complex Formula containing both B vitamins and folic acid, so I took it consistently. The fatigue caused by a weakened immune system definitely disappeared, and it was effective in preventing stomatitis.

 

Also, to prevent stomatitis, I made sure to sleep 6 hours a day and tried to reduce stress.
