Finally, I'm sharing my journey of getting dental implants.
I was so grateful that my teeth were at a loss, so I'm writing a few words.
It took me a long time to decide to get dental implants. Since it's a major surgery, I'm sure you have a lot of concerns and questions. I'll write about my personal experience in detail, so please refer to it.
1. On the first day, we take an X-ray and start with a consultation. As soon as I get there, we take an X-ray and check the condition of my teeth in detail. They say that the gum bone condition must be good to put in an implant. The consulting nurse explains the surgical method and cost in detail. You should ask everything you are curious about at this time. If there are a lot of teeth, you can also check the showbu. ^^ The cost of the place I went to was cheaper than other places.
2. Pulling out teeth, inserting screws, and waiting... Since there were almost no teeth that were functional, they pulled out the ones that were in bad condition first. At first, I was worried that I would have to live without teeth, but they put temporary teeth in so that I could live without any problems. These days, the world is really great^^
After that, they put the implant screws into the gums, and they said that this has to be attached to the bone perfectly. I waited for a few months and looked at the progress through X-rays. The director was very thorough, so I felt reassured. Then, they put the real teeth on and that was it.
3. Post-operative care is the most important. After the surgery, your gums will bleed a lot. You have to bite on the gauze provided by the hospital for 2 hours. Since there will be a lot of bleeding, you have to change it 3-4 times. Also, you have to keep applying cold compresses to prevent swelling and take antibiotics and painkillers provided by the hospital without fail. Just follow the instructions given by the hospital.
4. Eating will be difficult for the first few days..,, The first day is a bit painful and I can't speak well. I absolutely cannot eat hot or spicy food. I have to survive on soft food like porridge. I realized that this is a major surgery that takes a long time and a lot of energy.
5. In conclusion, since implants are semi-permanent once done, you really have to do your research thoroughly and choose a dental clinic. It's a big place, so the doctor should also look carefully. If you go to a place that is full of lies, you will be in big trouble. The implant process is long and difficult, but life is really worth it after getting it done. Those who are worried about their teeth, it is better to get it done as soon as possible. Stay healthy everyone ^^
