Bleeding from the gums after periapical abscess treatment

There was always bleeding in the same area of the front tooth with a crown.
When I went to the hospital to get a prosthesis replacement as well
They say they have developed periapical abscess? in all four front teeth;)

First, remove all the prosthetics and then attach the temporary teeth.
A hole was drilled at the back and treated.
I have been putting in medicinal herbs and disinfecting the interior for almost a month.
It's been about a week since the treatment was completed.
It keeps bleeding again at the same spot where it was bleeding before;;
My gums are also swollen.

Abscess treatment is being done by dividing two teeth at a time.
What is wrong?

I'm going to the hospital next week.
I'm a bit suspicious and anxious about the hospital treatment as well.
