턱관절 심하면 힘들더라고요 미루지 마시고 치과에 가보세요~
At some point, when I open my mouth, I hear a clicking sound from my jaw.
It doesn't hurt or anything when I hear the sound.
At first, when I opened it ten times, it made a sound once or twice.
Now, I think I can hear the sound seven or eight times if I open it ten times.
I heard people around me making noises and they said that the noise was caused by a problem with the temporomandibular joint.
I only hear noises and I don't feel any discomfort at all. Should I get tested and get treatment?
Ah... I hate hospitals so much
Dentistry is even more so...
If it's because of the temporomandibular joint, I'm also curious about what kind of treatment I'll receive.

자유인턱에서 딱딱 소리만 나고 통증은 없다면 일단 크게 걱정할 단계는 아니에요. 그래도 턱관절 장애 초기일 수 있어서 가볍게 치과나 구강외과 가서 진료 한 번 받아보는 게 좋아요. 주로 교정 장치나 물리치료로 관리하는 경우가 많고, 심하지 않으면 간단한 스트레칭이나 생활 습관 교정만으로도 좋아질 수 있습니다. 너무 무서워하지 마세요!

턱쪽에서 소리가 계속들리면 진료를 받아보시는게 좋아요 딱히 통증이 없다고 하지만 나중에 힘들어요 턱쪽을 지긋히 자주 눌러서 맛사지도 해주시고요

반달진다행히도 아프시지 않다니 다행이지만, 전 턱관절이 안 좋아서 결국 한의원에서 치료 받았더니 한결 편해지더라구요ㅎㅎ
