These days, I start by measuring my blood pressure whenever I go to the gym. My systolic pressure always tends to be a bit low. After running or walking, my diastolic pressure doesn't even reach 70. Everyone worries only about high systolic pressure, but I'm concerned because my blood pressure is low. Yesterday, after running, I measured my diastolic pressure and it was as low as 55, which surprised me. I took a picture to show, and it was higher than that, but still. Doesn't diastolic pressure increase when you run or exercise? Is it okay to have low blood pressure?
