[Health Tips] How to Cure Cold Hands and Feet
I am a woman in my 30s who is a working professional.
From late teens, I only ate foods I liked and was slightly overweight (muscle mass was above average).
I have not had any major health problems or surgeries, and I tend to have a sensitive personality.
Actually, when I was a teenager, I didn't really care much even if my hands and feet were cold.
As I moved from my twenties to my thirties, the time I spent sitting at my desk also increased.
Especially during university, it was very difficult. While commuting to university, my hands and feet would become so cold that I couldn't stand it until March.
It was so icy cold that I carried two pairs of gloves, hot packs, and heavy outerwear all at once.
My hands and feet were so cold and circulation was poor that I even went to a traditional Korean medicine clinic, but as soon as they checked my pulse...
The doctor said that I seem to be too cold.
My hands and feet were so cold that it was very painful, so I started exercising as a way to diet.
Even though we all know that exercise is a cure-all for diseases, we still don't want to do it.
I registered at the gym and met a physical education coach who is also a university professor.
I ended up registering at the so-called traditional gym.
His strict rule is that the heart must beat above a certain heart rate at all costs to keep the body healthy.
It meant being 'ready' to exercise.
Note:
Maximum heart rate calculation method: 220 minus your age
The strict rules and workout routine that I have followed for over 13 years are exactly this.
1. Simple stretching
Walking about 5 minutes faster
Running/jogging lasting more than 20 minutes with a heart rate of 150 or higher
A fever state where sweating continues for about 5 minutes after stopping
My Raynaud's phenomenon, which didn't improve even after weight training, other exercises, or taking medication,
As soon as the heart functions properly, it is said to be immediately repaired. I have been following this routine for 13 years, regardless of the type of exercise.
Running 3 km at a heart rate above 150 is the key to health management.
Everyone! Even Yuna Kim is said to be restarting running because her hands and feet are cold.. hahaha
Let's live a joyful life while taking good care of our health :)
