I didn't know much about it normally, but about a month ago, one morning, I accidentally touched the area below my jaw and felt lumps on both sides. When I searched for related information, I found that if you have lymphadenitis, you can feel lumps under the jaw, so I looked into the causes and solutions and started managing it. I also took care of stress and sleep, exercised, and took nutritional supplements, and as I managed carefully, I gradually saw improvement, and now the lymphadenitis has completely healed. Lymphadenitis refers to the swelling and inflammation of lymph nodes, which are called lymph glands. It can occur in the armpits or groin, but most often, lymph nodes gather near the neck, so symptoms appear as lumps near the neck. The causes of lymphadenitis include bacterial or viral infections, but inflammation can also occur due to overwork or stress. Reflecting on my lifestyle, I realized I was overworking. I was busy with work, spending most of my day sitting in front of a computer, and after work, I would go to bed late every night due to drinking and using my phone, averaging only 4-5 hours of sleep a day. Clearly, excessive stress and lack of sleep can lead to health problems. So, I stopped drinking alcohol and eating late-night snacks at night, and I only used my phone for necessary purposes for about 30 minutes. I also increased my sleep to about 7 hours. To relieve stress, I tried to follow a pattern of working for 1-2 hours and taking 10-20 minute breaks during work, and after dinner, I took a walk for an hour. On weekends, I hiked for about 4-5 hours.

And when I looked up information about lymphadenitis, I found that it can occur if the flow of lymph fluid is not smooth, and that the flow of lymph fluid is related to blood flow. Since I mostly spend my time sitting in front of a computer, I think the blood flow has become stagnant, and therefore the flow of lymph fluid also seems to be blocked. Although lymphadenitis may not be a serious illness, it is a symptom that warns us of abnormalities in our body, so I think we should always be cautious and manage it well.

    저도 임파선염에 걸려 본 적이 있었는데요. 이게 생각보다 되게 아프더라고여. 임파선염 통증이 처음부터 세게 오는 것이 아니라 잠복기가 있고 통증이 은근히 오래 가다 보니까 처음엔 임파선염인지 몰랐는데 나중에 병원 가보니까 임파선염이더라고요. 
    이게 면역력과 관련 되어 있어서 면역력을 키워 주는 게 제일 좋은 예방법이더고요. 그 이후로 저도 글쓴님처럼 영양제를 먹고 있답니다. 앞으로도 꾸준히 관리해서 임파선염이 재발 하지 않도록 노력해 봅시다.
