About a month ago, when I woke up after sleeping, I felt a fairly large lump on the upper part of my neck and the side below my jaw. Additionally, to ensure good quality sleep, I avoided using computers or smartphones after 10 PM. Since stress is a major cause of lymphadenitis, I also tried to relieve stress by taking walks around my house for more than 30 minutes after work on weekdays and hiking for about 4-5 hours on weekends. Walking in the fresh air and sweating in the mountains definitely helped loosen my anxious mind and thoughts, and greatly reduced my stress.

And I looked for and purchased supplements that help with lymphadenitis and started taking them. I found out that poor blood circulation can hinder the flow of lymph fluid, which often causes lumps to form in lymphadenitis. By continuously engaging in walking exercises, hiking, and taking nutritional supplements to treat the lymphadenitis, the swelling gradually decreased starting from 1-2 weeks, and by the third week, the lymphadenitis swelling completely disappeared. Since recurrent lymphadenitis can eventually lead to serious health issues, I realized that I need to take good care of my health proactively from now on.
