Lately, I've been spending a lot of time with the air conditioner on, so there's a big temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, which has been causing me to have frequent lingering coughs.
At those times, I put a spoonful of cinnamon into honey, mix it well, and then take a spoonful at a time.
Then the lingering cough disappeared.
Cinnamon tea is said to be good for the bronchitis and throat, but since it's summer and hot, I don't drink it often. Soaking it in honey is quick to make and tastes sweet, making it easy to give the kids a spoonful each.
Interestingly, my lingering cough has decreased.
