I originally didn't enjoy coffee and was more of someone who didn't drink it at all. However, at the office, I had to go to a coffee shop after meals to chat over coffee, so I had to drink it. Instead of bitter Americanos, I always chose smooth and sweet vanilla lattes. After a few years, it became a habit, and now I even go out after meals on weekends to buy and drink coffee. But recently, I read an article saying that beverages or desserts after a meal can significantly raise blood sugar levels. Is an Americano okay instead of a sweet vanilla latte?
