By replacing white rice with multigrain rice, we've slowed the rise in blood sugar and increased nutritional value. When making multigrain rice, choose only five grains rather than mixing them together. Domestic research has shown that five-grain rice is nutritionally superior to eight- or sixteen-grain rice. Ingredients & Recipe (for 1 serving)

mixed grain rice 1 air, squash 1/2, onion 1/2, egg 1 piece, peeled scallions 10g, chives 10g, red pepper 1/2, salt a little, olive oil 1 tablespoon, sesame a little

※Seasoning sauce : soy sauce 1 tablespoon, oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoon, minced garlic 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, red pepper powder 1 teaspoon, Stevia a little

1 . Slice the zucchini into 0.2cm thick slices.

3 . Finely chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan.

4 . Cut the peeled green onions and chives into 0.2cm thick slices and chop the red pepper diagonally.

5 . Fry the eggs.

6 Mix the seasoning ingredients to make the seasoning sauce.

7 . Add the roasted zucchini, green onions, chives, and seasoning sauce to the bowl and mix well. If it is bland, season with salt.

8 . Put rice in a bowl, top with 7, onion, fried egg, and red pepper.
