몸상태에 따라서 혈압이 갑자기 올라갈수도 있더라구요. 저희 남편도 정상치 보다 약간 낮은편 이었는데 교통사고 나서 입원했는데 혈압이 올라가더라구요.

은하수혈압 차이가 엄청 나네요 저같은 경우 가정용 혈압계로 아침 저녁 혈압을 재보는데요 하루에도 혈압 변화가 심한거 같아요 아침에는 높다가 밤이되면 80/60정도 나올때도 있어요 그리고 긴장할 일이 있으면 160/90까지 오르기도 합니다. 사람에 따라 혈압 변동폭이 큰 경우가 있는거 같아요 혈압 변화가 신경쓰이시면 하루종일 혈압 측정할 수 있는 혈압계(병원)를 착용해보시는 것도 좋아요
