According to the British media Daily Express on the 5th (local time), a video titled 'Weight Loss Coffee Recipe' was posted on the TikTok channel Motivapihub.

 

In the video, the TikToker says, “If you add cinnamon and cocoa powder to your coffee in the morning, it’s good for weight loss.”

 

“Cinnamon powder prevents blood sugar spikes and helps burn fat,” the TikToker continued. “Cocoa adds a bit of sweetness to enhance the flavor,” the TikToker added. “Adding cinnamon powder to herbal tea, green tea, or black tea, not just coffee, is also helpful for dieting.” The video has been viewed about 650,000 times, and the number of people following the method in the video is increasing. Does cinnamon powder really help with dieting, as the TikToker claims?


Cinnamon may help lower metabolic syndrome levels by improving insulin resistance.

 

 

A research team at the University of Delhi in India conducted a study on 116 adults with metabolic syndrome to find out the effects of cinnamon.
