2. Ginger - It helps absorb stomach acid.

3. Ma - Contains mucin that protects the stomach wall.

4. Potatoes - An alkaline food that helps suppress stomach acid. It is better to steam or bake them rather than fry.

5. Aloe - Reduces the burden on the stomach, protects the stomach, and helps alleviate inflammation.

6. Broccoli - Contains Vitamin U, which protects the stomach lining.

7. Red cabbage - Rich in vitamin U, it helps regulate stomach acid secretion and prevents acid from rising into the esophagus. It is also abundant in vitamin K, which plays a role in quickly clotting esophageal bleeding.
