[Tip] Overcoming hair loss is difficult, but let's at least try to prevent it~

All my family members have genetically thin hair... No, it's not that they have thin hair, but their hair strands are fine...

There is basically almost no hair all over the body, and even if there is, it is very fine and not easily visible.

When I was young, I was told that my hair wasn't actually thin but just lacked strength and was fine, but as I got older, my hair became even weaker and thinner...

It seems like the hair loss is actually very severe.

When I wash my hair, even though my hair isn't long, I gather the fallen hair and it comes out in clumps, making me wonder if I'm undergoing chemotherapy or something... I couldn't believe how much hair was falling out.

I've tried switching shampoos that are said to be good for hair loss and taken supplements, but it seems that a perfect treatment supplement for hair loss has not yet been developed. Perhaps, those developing hair loss treatments will become billionaires worldwide.

Anyway, since my mind keeps becoming emptier, I want to at least protect the little bit of intelligence I have and I would like to find and share ways that can help with hair loss.

Why does hair fall out? Hair is connected to the nervous system, so when the nerve roots weaken, hair falls out easily. Causes of nerve root weakening include seasonal changes, stress, serious illnesses, lack of sleep, indigestion, and many others. Additionally, exposure to high temperatures, use of chemical products, nutritional deficiencies, and dehydration can also cause hair loss.

Healthy diet management

Avoid frequent hair coloring

Drink plenty of water

Drinking plenty of water is a good habit for both health and skin, but it also has a significant impact on the condition of your hair. Simply drinking more water can reduce hair loss, provide moisture, and help give your hair a shiny appearance.

Methods to help with hair loss

Use of aloe vera gel: Aloe vera helps soothe and moisturize the skin, and also aids in hair loss prevention. Applying aloe vera gel to the scalp and rinsing it off is said to be effective.

Gently massage with the fingertips instead of nails when shampooing, and when rinsing, it is important to rinse thoroughly several times to ensure no residue of shampoo or conditioner remains.

When drying your hair, avoid rubbing it too much to prevent friction between the strands; instead, gently pat it dry with a dry towel.

Scalp massage method

Press firmly on the side hair near the temples with the index and middle fingers of both hands.

Press firmly along the forehead line from the center of the forehead outward using your left and right fingers. When you press the very top of the forehead, there is a slightly painful yet refreshing sensation; start from that area.

Use all five fingers of both hands to firmly press as if wrapping around the crown of the head. Hold for 10 to 20 seconds.

Wrap your hands around your head with both palms and lift your head for about 10 seconds. It is enough to lift your head slightly so that the corners of your eyes are raised slightly upward.

Gently tap and massage the entire head using the fingertips, as if softly tapping. Start from the hairline on the forehead and tap towards the back of the crown.

      이미 원인이 발생해서 빠지기 시작한 경우는 어쩔 수 없더라도.. 조금이라도 습관이라도 들여 덜 빠지게 하는것도 중요한 거 같아요.. 나이들수록 머리카락은 더 빠지니까요.
