Additionally, there are milk, almonds, walnuts, lettuce, cherries, chamomile tea, jujubes, and bananas.

 

I also wear a daily mask that is good for getting a good night's sleep.

There are various aromas, so you can choose according to your preference.

If you tear it open and use it like an eye mask to fall asleep, the warmth rises and relaxes your eyes, making you feel sleepy.
