    칼로리는 감자보다 고구마가 높지만 혈당 수치는 훨씬 낮아서 다이어트 할때 많이 먹었던거 같아요.섬유질도 풍부하니까 다이어트 할때 변비 걸릴 염려도 없고 탄수화물 대용 최고죠
