Lymphadenitis treatment review - Dietary improvements & supplement intake
A few months ago, I was struggling with overwork, and one day I felt a lump like a bump in my neck.
When I went to the hospital, they said it was lymphadenitis.
I took antibiotics, but my condition didn't improve, so I improved my diet, took nutritional supplements, and treated the lymphadenitis.
Lymph nodes are an important part of the immune system and play a role in regulating immune responses in the body.
Lymphadenitis mainly occurs when the immune system reacts to bacterial or viral infections.
It is a phenomenon where lymph nodes become enlarged and inflamed.
Therefore, to treat lymphadenitis, it is important to eliminate bacteria or viruses and strengthen the body's immune system.
I eat a lot of foods that reduce inflammation and take supplements that are good for decreasing inflammation and boosting immunity.
I treated lymphadenitis.
First, blueberries and pineapples have anti-inflammatory properties, making them effective in reducing inflammation.
Grapefruit and broccoli are rich in antioxidants, which help strengthen the immune system.
And since protein and vitamin intake also help strengthen immunity, I also consumed a lot of dairy products, chicken, and tofu.
All of these foods are effective in treating lymphadenitis.
I took two types of supplements.
First, I think that propolis, which has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects, will be helpful in treating lymphadenitis.
I purchased and took Celltrion E-Lab Immuno Green Propolis.
And you all know that strengthening immunity is important. Red ginseng is the best.
The components in red ginseng, such as saponins and ginsenosides, boost immunity.
Of course, it also helps with the treatment of lymphadenitis. That's why I bought and took Jeonggwanjang red ginseng.
After about three months of improving my eating habits and diligently taking supplements,
Lymphadenitis that didn't heal well with hospital medication has been cured.
I will continue to try to maintain my immunity to prevent the recurrence of lymphadenitis.
