[Concern] Please advise on ways to lower high blood pressure~~
My family has a genetic history of high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension on my mother's side...
So I have been paying attention to my cholesterol levels and high blood pressure since I was young~ So, until I was in my mid-40s,
I am not taking any medication... but I have heard many times that if I start, I will have to take it for life, so I can only endure up to that point.
I think I'm just not eating because I'm trying to endure it. ㅜ.ㅜ
I thought my blood pressure had dropped a bit recently, but when I measured it with a home blood pressure monitor last night, it was 137 over 110.
Startled, I sat still and did nothing for 20 minutes, then measured three times and got readings of 125 and 88, so-so. I slept and woke up in the morning to measure again, and it went over 130, so I rested for more than 10 minutes and measured again, resulting in the following numbers.
It seems to come out... Home blood pressure monitors tend to read about 10 points lower than those measured at the hospital, but the readings are too high.
I'm worried.....
The high numbers made me feel so bad that I couldn't even think about taking a picture...
I really dislike taking medication, but I'm unsure whether to manage it through exercise and diet or to take medication...
Please give me some advice on what would be the best way to do it!!
