I am consistently managing to prevent the worsening of acid reflux esophagitis.

The original function wasn't very good to begin with, and I also tend to get indigestion frequently.

There is a lot of stomach trimming coming out.

Then I had an upper endoscopy and was diagnosed with reflux esophagitis.

Since then, I have become very careful with eating and in daily life to prevent the recurrence of reflux esophagitis.

I keep continuing to put in effort.

Although it wasn't to the extent of needing medication for acid reflux, my stomach function was so poor that...

I'm afraid because it seems like a disease with a small risk could become a serious illness.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is inflammation of the esophagus caused by the reflux of stomach contents or stomach acid.

There may be various symptoms, but I often felt a burning sensation in my stomach.

That's why eating something has become a bit burdensome.

It was more difficult because there wasn't a specific type of food that made me feel that way.

It feels like it depends on individual condition.

However, I found out that many cases are also caused by eating habits, and I was one of them.

For example, overeating or eating late at night frequently, lying down immediately after meals, or frequently drinking coffee or carbonated drinks.

There are many other reasons as well, but I tended to focus quite a bit on the three mentioned above.

So since then, I try to stay active for at least an hour after meals before lying down.

I am trying to reduce late-night snacks, coffee, and soda.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease can be sufficiently improved through lifestyle modifications alone.

Heartburn and acid reflux from gastroesophageal reflux disease are so difficult to endure.

I usually exercise a lot and maintain healthy habits to manage reflux esophagitis.

    음식 관련해서 옛날부터 내려오는 말중에 맞는 말이 두가지가 있어요 .첫째는 물을 많이 먹지 않으면 몸에 돌이 돌이 생긴다 .둘째는 먹고 바로 누우면 역류성식도염 생긴다 .제가 아는 어떤 집은 자식이 역류성식도염이 있어 저녁에는 모든 식구가 먹는 것을 자제하고 있답니다 .
    가장 중요한것은 밤에 야식을 먹지 않는 거겠지요 .
