There may be various symptoms, but I often felt a burning sensation in my stomach.
That's why eating something has become a bit burdensome.
It was more difficult because there wasn't a specific type of food that made me feel that way.
It feels like it depends on individual condition.
However, I found out that many cases are also caused by eating habits, and I was one of them.
For example, overeating or eating late at night frequently, lying down immediately after meals, or frequently drinking coffee or carbonated drinks.
There are many other reasons as well, but I tended to focus quite a bit on the three mentioned above.
So since then, I try to stay active for at least an hour after meals before lying down.
I am trying to reduce late-night snacks, coffee, and soda.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease can be sufficiently improved through lifestyle modifications alone.

I usually exercise a lot and maintain healthy habits to manage reflux esophagitis.
