[Tip] Protecting Healthy Cholesterol with Eggs
You all know that eggs are good, right?
I am posting this because some people often dislike egg yolks.
It is true that egg yolks contain a high amount of cholesterol, but almost all nutrients are included in the yolk.
Don't be afraid of saturated fats
Saturated fats do raise cholesterol levels, but they also increase good cholesterol (HDL) and decrease bad cholesterol (LDL), thereby reducing the risk of heart disease.
I think it's because I consistently take good care of myself, so my cholesterol levels always come out well in health checkups.
Start the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water, probiotics, and eggs to consume protein.
The protein content of one egg is 6 to 7 grams, with the egg white making up 57% and the yolk 43%.
When losing weight or increasing muscle mass, egg whites can be slightly more helpful, but I recommend consuming them together with the yolk, which contains a variety of nutrients.
I will also talk about the other benefits.
1. Boiled eggs are rich in amino acids and methionine, which can help break down alcohol, and may assist with common hangover symptoms such as vomiting and dizziness. In particular, the abundant lecithin content is said to aid in improving liver function.
2. Contains various vitamins and minerals to help boost immunity.
3. Rich in choline, omega-3, and phospholipids, it helps improve memory and concentration. Consistent intake may aid in preventing dementia and promoting brain health.
Proteins that are good for maintaining muscle are rich in nutrients, low in calories, and provide a feeling of fullness that lasts longer even with small amounts, helping with dieting.
5. Rich in vitamin D, K, iron, and folate, consuming an appropriate amount regularly helps prevent anemia.
6. Rich in vitamin A, which is abundant in the yolk, and lutein, a component that cannot be synthesized in the body, it can help with overall eye health, including dry eyes, eye fatigue, and night blindness.
7. Rich in protein, it is good for nail health, and biotin, a water-soluble vitamin, is known to promote skin regeneration and prevent aging. It also helps maintain scalp and hair health, so consistent moderate intake is said to be beneficial in preventing hair loss.
Since excessive intake can have negative effects, it is recommended to consume 1 to 2 pieces per day, but I make sure to eat 2 pieces every day without fail.
I'm eating soft-boiled eggs, baked eggs, and boiled eggs alternately, so I think it would be good to enjoy them according to your preference.
I know it's always in the refrigerator and good to have, but I thought it would be helpful to learn about its nutritional content, so I'm posting this.
