(Helpful Tip) Health management with cinnamon

My current health tip is cinnamon!! That's right, cinnamon. Haha

Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants, making it excellent for anti-aging effects, and it also improves insulin sensitivity, which is beneficial for diabetes!!

I want to share some tips on how to easily incorporate this cinnamon into your daily life, haha.

I have both cinnamon sticks and cinnamon powder at home.

 

First, I mainly make cinnamon tea with a stick lol. I dip the stick in hot water to steep, and at this time, you can add honey and lemon to taste for a sweet and tangy flavor lol.

During the change of seasons, I also make and enjoy Bing Sho, a foreign cold remedy drink, and it's so delicious!!

 

Powder has very versatile uses!!

You can eat it raw as it is, but I add it when cooking to make it taste better lol

A snack that comes to mind when you think of cinnamon, churros!! Buy frozen churros, bake them in an air fryer or oven, then sprinkle cinnamon powder on top, or you can also use them as a topping for pancakes or toast—it's really delicious haha
