My shoulders are weak, and I often experience shoulder pain even when I lift something slightly heavy.
I went to the hospital, took some photos, and received only physical therapy without any issues.
Even carrying a little bit of a shopping basket makes my shoulders ache; the soreness and pain have been persistent for a day or two.
This might be heavy to lift, but it's not easy to avoid lifting heavy things altogether in daily life.
Would doing shoulder exercises regularly be helpful?
